Measure Up! LOCUS is licensed software. The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) on behalf of RIITS is required to designate users that may have access to the software, data, or any component of the license. Designated Users are all required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the license and the additional terms provided by LACMTA on behalf of RIITS.
